“Stayed 2 days at dreamworld Resort. Biggest disappointment was Breakfast, as it was limited. Not properly cleaned dishes and utensils. Too salty 1st day, no water (purchase able) , only Lassi (watered down) and English tea/ coffee, no roti/ paratha, only bread and poori (پوری) Maintenance room service horrible (45 mins and 3 calls to get 2nd set of towels) . Day 2, call service was down for 20 hours. (2 rounds to reception, and a call to get iron delivered) Checkin is 3 pm. And takes...

“The structure is almost good, you can see that it is dated. The staff at the desk was impeccable except for the security guy who on our arrival started with a she is not allowed (referring to my wife who is Pakistani). We had to go back to the desk again to solve this problem, promptly the guy solved the situation, and we could stay quietly. Apart from that, the room was not very large compared to the cost of €297 per night, the old refrigerator, dirty and empty (from a 5* hotel I expected a...

“Struttura vecchia, non più ai livelli di un vero 5 stelle. Comunque sicuro o pulito. Aria condizionata rumorosa ”

“ The hotel's central location was a highlight, and the staff were friendly. However, the buffet breakfast was disappointing – very basic with limited options. The room was spacious and clean, but the bathroom was problematic: no hot water despite multiple requests, and the basin was quite wobbly. ”

“Room 414 very disappointing experience / poor cleanliness. Very disappointing stay. The room was not clean, and the bathroom was very dirty and poorly maintained. The reception staff were also unprofessional and did not communicate properly. I arrived a couple of hours before the official check-in time after a long international journey. Instead of clearly explaining that early check-in was not available, they repeatedly told me to wait another ten minutes. I waited for around 30 minutes, only...

“The front desk agreed to cancel my reservation and issue a refund, but I have still not received my money. The hotel directed me to Expedia, although the payment appears to be held by the hotel. I would not recommend paying in advance through online booking sites.”
